We have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
If a parcel is returned due to the buyer not responding upon delivery and delivery fails, the parcel will be disposed of by local customs, and no refund will be issued. To avoid this, please ensure you provide a correct phone number (including country code) and a valid address when placing your order. If you are unavailable to receive your package and the delivery team is unable to contact you, please reach out directly to your local Aramex or FedEx office and provide your tracking number to arrange a redelivery.
If you enter an incorrect address during checkout and the parcel has already shipped, it will not be possible to change the address.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. While we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused after shipment, we sincerely apologize and hope you will continue shopping with us. If you receive a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours at shipping@nezsart.com, providing proof of the issue. Requests made later than 48 hours will not be accepted.
We take care to ensure our items are in good condition before shipping. However, if your item is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damage, write a description of the issue, and send it to our team at shipping@nezsart.com. Your request will be reviewed within 5 working days, and if approved, we will issue a refund for the damaged product.
Our products are handmade which will be inspected 3-4 times before ship out to assure customers satisfaction. We believe that when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
Exchanges
We do not currently conduct exchanges for online orders.
